A tall, frothy classic — gin and lemon shaken with sugar, then lengthened with soda for a cloud-like fizz.

Served in a Highball. Fill with fresh ice to the top so the drink stays cold and undiluted. Build in the glass and give one gentle stir. Add carbonated mixers last.
Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Lemon Juice0.75 oz
- Simple Syrup
Try: Sugar Cube
0.5 oz - Egg White(optional)1
- Soda Watertop
Method
- 01
Dry-shake gin, lemon, syrup, and egg white.

Add ice and shake again.

Strain into a highball and top with soda water.
