Mexico's favourite highball — tequila with tart grapefruit, a squeeze of lime, and plenty of fizz.

Served in a Highball. Fill with fresh ice to the top so the drink stays cold and undiluted. Build in the glass and give one gentle stir. Add carbonated mixers last.

Grapefruit Juice

Method

Build tequila, grapefruit juice, lime, and agave over ice.
