Cuba Libre

More than a rum and coke — the fresh lime is what separates a Cuba Libre from the ordinary.

Served in a Highball. Fill with fresh ice to the top so the drink stays cold and undiluted. Build in the glass and give one gentle stir. Add carbonated mixers last.

Ingredients

  • White Rum

    Try: Aged Rum

    2 oz
  • Cola
    4 oz
  • Lime Juice
    0.5 oz
  • Lime Wedge(optional)

    Try: Lime Juice

Method

  1. 01

    Fill a highball with ice and add rum and lime juice.

    Top with cola.

  3. 03

    Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.
